User Agreement &
Privacy Policy

This Agreement is drafted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates, including but not limited to:

• Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL);
• relevant implementing regulations and applicable free-zone regulations, where relevant.

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

The Platform provides automated, algorithm-driven functionality, including analytical and processing features, which may involve internal models and decision-support mechanisms.

The Platform operates on a best-effort basis and is provided "as is", unless otherwise expressly stated.

The Platform may collect and process the following categories of data:

• technical data (IP metadata, device type, system logs, timestamps);
• usage and interaction data generated during use of the Platform;
• anonymized or pseudonymized operational data;
• content and metadata uploaded or generated by the User during use of the Platform.

The Platform does not intentionally collect sensitive personal data unless explicitly and voluntarily provided by the User.

All data used for analytical, research, or algorithmic improvement purposes is:

• anonymized and/or pseudonymized;
• processed in aggregated or non-attributable form;
• technically separated from direct personal identifiers.

The Platform does not attempt to re-identify Users from anonymized datasets.

Data may be processed strictly for the following purposes:

• operation, maintenance, and security of the Platform;
• performance optimization and functional improvements;
• development, testing, and enhancement of internal algorithms and models;
• internal analytics and product research.

Data may be processed internally or shared with third parties in anonymized, aggregated, or non-identifiable form, including for analytical, commercial, or optimization purposes, provided that such data cannot be used to identify individual users.

Anonymized and technical data may be retained for a period of up to 12 (twelve) months from the date of collection.

Upon expiration of the retention period, data is either:

• permanently deleted, or
• retained only in an aggregated, non-identifiable form.

The User acknowledges and agrees that:

• the Platform utilizes automated and algorithmic processing;
• outputs may be generated without human intervention;
• such outputs do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice unless explicitly stated otherwise.

In accordance with applicable UAE law, the User may request:

• information regarding personal data directly attributable to the User (if any);
• correction or deletion of such data, where legally applicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• algorithmic processing;
• use of anonymized or aggregated data;
• reliance on system-generated outputs.

The Platform reserves the right to update or amend this Agreement. Continued use of the Platform after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
